I finally got around to doing it. I put all my favorite recipes in one place and added them to my computer, as a back up measure. I took an old recipe holder and covered in papers. I painted the inside black and added a bow. I found the awesome free photoshop brushes at Pixels and icecream and made my own cards and index cards to match, but you could use any paper you would like. This was an easy way to match my kitchen decor.
